Zmiany w wystawianiu BHT/WHT dla portów Bremerhaven i Wilhelmshaven

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an crucial change that will come into effect on 07/10/2024 for export shipments shipped from the Ports of Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven. From now on, it will be mandatory to indicate in the BHT/WHT papers the name of the ship on which the given container actually departs.

In the event that the vessel is changed after the BHT/WHT papers have been issued, it will be essential to cancel these papers and issue a fresh 1 with the updated name of the vessel (fees apply per the presently valid METRANS General Terms and Conditions). This change is required by the Bureau of Customs in order to gain better control over the movement of goods through embargoed ports.

We would like to ask you to keep our client Service squad informed of any changes regarding the ships. This procedure will let us to reissue the BHT/WHT in a timely manner. In case of non-compliance with this procedure, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept additional costs associated with unsuccessful boarding.
