With the commissioning of the dangerous goods basin at the GUT Terminal Gernsheim, we are now able to offer you retention for your dangerous goods containers. The related conditions have been added to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). At the same time, we have revised chapters 6.7 Dangerous Goods Surcharge and 6.13 retention Fees. The following changes have been made:

Chapter 6.7: Addition of a surcharge of €85 for “Class 2–6 and 8–9 tank containers” in Gernsheim
Chapter 6.7: Additional exclusion of dangerous goods 4.1A in Gernsheim
Chapter 6.13: Removal of the dangerous goods punishment in Gernsheim, replaced by retention conditions for dangerous goods
Chapter 6.13: Correction of the dangerous goods punishment in Berlin
Chapter 6.13: Correction of retention fees for Import E+14
Chapter 6.13: Complete revision of structure and wording

Our updated GTC, effective from 01/08/2025, can be found in the attachment. All changes are highlighted in yellow for your convenience.
