Dear Customers,

Today we have good news regarding the situation in Hamburg.

Following yesterday’s negotiations with the CTA terminal and the dedicated efforts of the full team, a constructive solution to the operational issues has been reached. The CTA terminal allocated us additional slots yesterday, importantly reducing the delays of our shipments, which are continuing to balance out. We anticipate that from this evening/tomorrow morning, the operation of our trains to and from the port of Hamburg will stabilize.

The situation at another terminals can besides be considered stabilized as of today.
