Dear Customers,

We would like to supply you with a study on the current operational situation on the corridor from the North German ports.

Delays in the clearance of rail slots at the Port of Hamburg terminals inactive persist, ranging from 16 to 20 hours.

This morning we were informed by the HPA (Hamburg Port Authority) about the necessity to introduce the alleged disposition arrival according to the available capacities on the railway infrastructure (see attached report).

Despite these crucial delays and limitations, we will do everything we can to handle your shipments in the best possible way.

Unfortunately, however, crucial delays should be expected on individual corridors from Hamburg for the above reason.
