Dear Customers,

Based on reports from the ports, we would like to inform you about the following events:

In Wilhelmshaven, a strike of port workers is taking place today. Work at the terminal is stopped and METRANS trains to / from the port will so not be handled present and will run late.

The Port of Bremerhaven is presently limited in receiving trains. Therefore, trains cannot arrive according to the current timetable, but in time slots determined by the terminal. This strategy evidently has an impact on both the import and export direction. This measurement is expected to last until next day evening.

Unfortunately, the aforementioned restrictions will again increase delays on our services to / from North German ports.
