Modernizacja terminala METRANS Gądki, Polska

Dear Customers,

we are pleased to inform you that we have started the expansion of our METRANS Terminal in Gądki, Poland. This crucial investment will let us to increase our operational capacity, improve the efficiency of our service and respond to the increasing needs of our customers.

The main steps of the terminal modernization include:

• Installation of latest generation distant controlled RMG portal cranes;
• Enlargement of the terminal’s operational area;
• Extension of existing and construction of fresh tracks to accommodate trains of 750 meters in length;
• Comprehensive expansion of the cargo handling and retention zone, consisting of adapting it to handling by cranes, planned to be installed in the terminal;
• New modern truck access gate with parking lot for dense trucks.

The investment is expected to be completed in the second half of the year 2026.It will be a multi-stage process and during this construction time we will do our utmost to guarantee that the expansion process runs smoothly and that the advanced level of service you have come to anticipate from us is maintained.
