Sytuacja operacyjna w porcie w Hamburgu

Dear Customers,

Storms swept through the North German ports yesterday afternoon, causing delays at any terminals in Hamburg and Bremerhaven.

Most of the terminals managed to reduce the hold to a fewer hours, but at Hamburg Burchardkai there is inactive a hold of around 20 hours.

The Hamburg Port Authority infrastructure in front of the terminals is presently overcrowded and respective trains had to be shut down. It is very likely that not all scheduled trains will be able to enter/exit the Port of Hamburg before the complete closure of Waltershof.

We are inactive working to guarantee that the maximum number of our trains are handled and departed as scheduled.
