Dear Customers,
Based on a study from the Hamburg Port Authority (HPA), we are forced to inform you that due to a software update for rail traffic on the port’s Transport Rail (TPR) system, rail traffic to and from the Port of Hamburg has been suspended since 8:00 a.m. yesterday morning.
Although rail operations were restored in the morning, they are being disrupted by TPR strategy outages and there are major train delays on HPA infrastructure. This situation continues even in the morning hours today. The Hamburg train reception strategy has been restored again.
Unfortunately, this regulation will greatly affect the scheduling of our trains.
