The Klaster Innowacji Społecznych Foundation invites young people aged 18–30 to take part in a new volunteer project in Poland. It’s a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful social action, develop your skills, and make a real impact on local communities.

Choose Your Path:

  • Social Inclusion – organizing cultural and language events for young refugees and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Digital Education – leading workshops on artificial intelligence, online safety, and media literacy.
  • Ecology – taking part in zero-waste campaigns, clean-up actions, and creative environmental education.

Each volunteer will choose their main area of focus and receive full training and support.

What We Provide:

  • Accommodation in fully equipped apartments in urban areas in Poland.
  • A modern office environment with access to training rooms and professional tools.
  • Monthly pocket money (~180 EUR), food allowance or meals, and a Multisport card.
  • All local transport costs related to project activities are covered.

Support and Development:

All participants receive a comprehensive training and mentoring package, including:

  • Onboarding, on-arrival and mid-term trainings.
  • Weekly mentoring and task-specific coaching.
  • Polish language support and Youthpass certification guidance.

Trainings and team-building activities take place at our modern educational center in Międzybrodzie Bialskie, beautifully located by a lake in the Beskid Mountains.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for open-minded, proactive young people eager to contribute to meaningful community work. No formal qualifications are required – just the willingness to learn and collaborate.
