Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you about today’s accident, which is negatively affecting most of our services on the northwestern corridors.
At around 3 a.m. today, a abroad  train derailed in Falkenberg, Germany. This incidental  has practically halted rail traffic in both import and export directions. This is the diversion way   presently  in usage  between Berlin and Hamburg due to the ongoing full   closure of the main corridor. Traffic was partially restored in both directions around noon today, and the situation is expected to be full  resolved by this evening.
However, the accident will origin  delays of respective  hours for all our services to and from northern German ports, Rotterdam, and Duisburg. This does not apply to trains to and from Poland and the German national network.
