Dear Customers,

Due to a train derailment incidental that occurred yesterday afternoon in the Bauen Brücke area at Alte Süderelbe station, and following a study from the port authorities about the regulation of clearance, we gotta inform you that any of yesterday’s train departures have been cancelled. CTB terminal is presently in a hold of 12 hours, which besides negatively affects the hold of our trains.

Import and export trains will be managed according to rail infrastructure capacity and port slots. To minimise the impact of shipment delays, we will deploy additional capacity based on availability.

We are monitoring the situation closely and stay in contact with the applicable authorities.
