With respect to our Newsletter No. 14 from 10/02/2025, we would like to inform you that with the beginning of the fresh parking lot, the old truck parking lot at Csepel Terminal, Budapest, has permanently closed on 28/02/2025.
All trucks gotta enter the terminal only through the fresh truck gate and usage the truck parking facilities
In order to facilitate the transition period, the old car park has been left in operation, but based on last week’s experience, there was no request to proceed operating it also.
As of 28/02/2025, a one-way traffic government for trucks is in place from the Salak Street entrance of the terminal to the (old) inspection roof.
A fresh retention area for empty containers with a capacity of about 1,000 TEU has been created on the site of the erstwhile parking lot, which will importantly and positively influence the terminal’s operations.
